Important Package Information

  1. We offer 4 tiers of individual donor packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum). Refer to the seating chart for seating details.
  2. We can help you customize your package to suit your needs for any number of people or for an amount in between the tiered offers. For example, if you do not need accommodation and are interested in a Bronze package, we can get you started for as low as $1750 per person.
  3. Hotel accommodations will be about a couple of blocks from the venue (no transportation provided). The hotel location will be wheelchair accessible. While we cannot guarantee a room type, we are happy to convey your preferences to the facilities team. The hotel reservations will be made for the following days: Thursday Aug 6, Friday Aug 7, and Saturday Aug 8 of 2026. Check-in and check-out times will be as per hotel policy.

  4. There are 3 dining experiences: Regular dining, VIP dining (less crowded dining experience), Celebrity dining (mingle with celebrities and dignitaries). The dining details are as follows:

    - Thursday (banquet dinner at 6 PM - Included in Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum donor packages.)

    - Friday (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

    - Saturday (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

    - Sunday (Breakfast, Lunch)

    - Tea and Coffee twice a day (Friday, Saturday)

    - Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options will be provided.

  5. Banquet is a special event on the Thursday night before the main event. This is a special attraction that includes gourmet dining experience along with music, art and entertainment.
  6. A Premium Lounge will be an access-controlled quiet space within the convention center with limited sofa seating and complimentary beverages, that allow you to relax and refresh away from the bustling show floor.
  7. Uber Vouchers are valid from Aug 1, 2026 to Aug 15, 2026.

Notes:

- These exclusive packages are available only for a limited duration and capacity, and are subject to change.

- Packages are upgradeable to the higher tiers subject to availability of higher tiers. The date of full payment of the higher tier package will be considered as its priority date in that tier for seating assignment. Please work with your relationship contact at BMM2026 convention for the upgrades.

- Packages are transferable (one transfer), but are not refundable or downgradable.

- Sofa seating will be available in the main stage area only and not in the breakout rooms for parallel sessions.

- Preferential seating will be considered for our friends from Vancouver, BC and Portland, OR upon purchase of general admission ticket.

- Benefits are subject to availability constraints. Additional family size combinations, benefit options, and substitutions are available upon request.

- The package cost consists of two parts, ticket price and donation. If your organization/employer has a company match program, we will greatly appreciate if you could get the company match for the donation part. Please work with your relationship contact at BMM to get the tax-deductible portion of your package and related information.

- General admission ticket sale will open by Diwali (Nov 2025). All donor package owners will be contacted prior to Registration opening with instructions for them to pre-register for the event.

- Childcare facility is Available at cost. Please let your relationship contact know about your childcare needs.
